Celebrate Thanksgiving at Pauline with a three-course tasting menu from 5:30 PM to 9 PM, accompanied by live music. Priced at $125 per person, the menu features seasonal favorites with Latin-inspired touches. Begin with plantain chips and chive crema, followed by your choice of Sopa de Calabaza, Kale & Grains Salad, or Chicken Liver Mousse.

For the main course, choose Mojo-Marinated Turkey, Grilled Swordfish, or Roasted Squash, alongside whipped potatoes, jalapeño cornbread, arroz con gandulez, and chayote salad. Finish with Pumpkin Basque Cheesecake, Dulce de Leche Pecan Pie, or Arroz con Leche.
